Cornell Meadows 

This 80 unit property in the Cedar Hills neighborhood was ready for a new look. A full removal and replacement of all existing siding, installation of new windows, a complete rebuild of the decks and a fresh coat of paint helped update the look of this quaint west Portland community.

Full tear off of existing siding, trim, decks surfaces, handrails and windows before installing new James Hardie lap siding, trim and new Cascade windows. 

The decks received a new cedar deck walking surface as well as a an upgraded, modern aluminum handrail system. 

Upgraded downspouts and a fresh coat of paint really put the final touches on this fun project.
